Ordering & payment
- How do I place an order?
Browse the products, add what you want to your cart and go to checkout. You will see the delivery charge and the order total before you pay.
- What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely online at checkout by card, UPI and the other methods shown there.
- Can I pay cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery is available on eligible orders. If it can be used for your order, you will see it as a payment option at checkout.
Delivery & tracking
- Do you ship across India?
Yes. We deliver across India. The delivery charge depends on your delivery address and is shown at checkout before you pay.
- How long does delivery take?
The estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days. Actual delivery time can vary with your location.
- How can I track my order?
Sign in and open My Orders to see the latest status of every order, or use the Track Order page with your order ID.
Returns & refunds
- Can I return a product?
Yes. A return can be raised within 7 days of delivery. Please keep the item, its packaging and any labels so the issue can be looked into, and a photo helps resolve it quickly. See Returns & Refunds for the full policy.
- How will I get my refund?
Once a return is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method or your account wallet. How long it takes to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider.
